We had an excellent customer service experience when ordering an electric breast pump. Our customer service representative answered all our questions regarding health insurance coverage and handled all our paperwork in a professional and courteous manner. Our baby was born on Sunday, we called and ordered the breast pump on Monday and it was delivered on Tuesday! Our customer service representative even went the extra mile to go to UPS and drop off our breast pump package on her way home from work. Very friendly and care about what they do

I would like to open with thanking God for Tender Hearts. My son, Lil Reg, was in desperate need of a nebulizer at four months old. His medical insurance has been delayed due to glitches in the new system with cover virginia, no other company would help us without insurance. The staff at Tender Hearts showed compassion and care for my little one when they provided him with the necessary equipment and agreed to bill the insurance once it is finally established. I'm a fan and encourage others to take their precious little people to Tender Hearts if they ever have the need.

Our heart/trach/gtube baby came home after spending his first three months of life in the hospital. The equipment was intimidating but Tender Hearts went through each piece in a way that was easily understood. I never once felt like I was being "talked over". A few days later, we ended up back in the hospital, this time coming home with a ventilator. Again, Tender Hearts worked quickly to get us our equipment and settled back in at home. We always get prompt service no matter the hour. They go beyond just ordinary customer service. They really do strive to connect with each family, to show their concern and to encourage each family to press on. Having a team we can share our struggles with but also enjoy the happiest moments with is what makes them amazing. I am so thankful to Kirk, Heather, and the rest of the Tender Hearts crew for making our journey an easier one. They'll always be my first referral to other families in these situations!

Our little girl had jaundice as we were discharged from the hospital. Tender Hearts brought a Bili blanket to the hospital for us to take home. We were walked through how to use and care for the blanket. The staff was very friendly and helpful and they even let us bring the blanket back on a Monday even though we didn't need it over the weekend. I will definitely go back to Tender Hearts if we need anything else.

When our son broke his leg, it was a very tramatic experience. He required equipment that was kid friendly and would allow him to perform daily tasks we often take for granted. Tender Hearts Home Health came to our rescue. Support staff was quick and the delivery came straight to the hospital, per our request. The staff was friendly and helped us become familiar with the wheelchair and walker. He was so kind to our son, and even met us at our car to assist us with loading. I can honestly say, we have been extremely please with the equiment (all kids-sized which can be often difficult to find), the help we received, and the overall kindness during our time of need. I highly recommend Tender Hearts Home Health Care for all your home health equipment needs.
